Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy covers Cozy Paws and its pages under /cozypaws on sga1.ai. It does not replace the policies of other services on this website.

Game data

Single-player progress and settings are stored on your device. If you use account or online-play features available in your version, account details, identifiers and gameplay results needed for those features may be processed through Supabase. Apple processes in-app payments; we do not receive your card details.

Support requests

We collect the name, email address, subject and message you choose to submit and use them to respond to your request. When email sending is configured, the server delivers messages to our support inbox using Resend. You may email us directly instead.

Operation and security

Cloudflare hosts these pages and processes connection data, such as IP addresses, for operation, security and abuse prevention. These game pages do not add advertising, analytics or marketing cookies. Fonts and images are hosted locally.

Retention and your choices

Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle the request and meet legal requirements. We do not sell this information. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of your correspondence or game account data. We may need to verify account ownership.

Sign-in and in-app deletion

Guest play does not create an account. When you choose Apple or Google, authentication receives your identifier, email and any name the provider sends. Puzzle progress and coins are not currently synced to the cloud; signing in alone does not restore a save after app deletion.

In versions with deletion controls, open Settings, then My account to delete guest data or your game account. Deletion removes local progress and recovery copies, and the game's online match records. Apple accounts require identity confirmation and authorization revocation; we do not confirm success if deletion cannot complete. A hashed identifier and deletion timestamp remain on the server to prevent old sessions from accessing the game.

In version 1.0 build 4 and later, Delete Account permanently removes the shared sign-in identity together with game data, after revoking Apple authorization for Apple-linked accounts. This can also end access to our other services using the same identity. Historical records that must be retained are detached from the deleted sign-in identity. Success is shown only after server confirmation and local cleanup.

Purchase receipts and tracking

Purchase-receipt hashes remain in secure storage on the device to prevent the same receipt being credited twice, including after game-data deletion. These hashes do not contain your email or card details. Local diagnostic events are not transmitted to an analytics service. The app does not use advertising or advertising tracking.

Children and updates

We do not ask children to provide personal information. A parent or guardian should handle their support requests. We may update this policy as the service changes; the revision date appears above.
